City of North Charleston Recycling Schedule
- Remember that recycling pickup has been suspended for Whitehall. However, one can still recycle by taking items to the Dorchester County Convenience Center located on Parlor Drive near the Oakbrook schools. Weekly trash pickup for Whitehall is Thursday, except for those weeks where a City holiday occurs; for those weeks pickup is delayed a day.
