chevron_rightDo I need approval to remove any tree, whether it's living or dead?
If the tree is 6 inches or greater in diameter when it is measured at a point 4 feet above the ground level, it has to be submitted to the ARC for review and you must receive written approval, even if the tree is dead. In addition, Whitehall is subject to City Code that requires a city permit for the removal of any tree over 8 inches in diameter. This applies to all trees, alive or dead, including pines and gum trees. The City fines and penalties for removal of a tree without a permit are very significant, easily reaching $10,000 or more and replanting, along with possible jail time. Residents are strongly urged to follow this code. The removal of dead trees is always permitted, but removal of a living tree requires justification and usually replacement with a more desirable species.

chevron_rightHow do I get a copy of the Covenants/Bylaws?

chevron_rightHow do I get a pool key?
The pool is part of the Whitehall Amenity Association. Approximately 500 homes are required to be members of the Amenity Association and therefore pay dues every year. The electronic key should be transferred, with the house keys, from the previous homeowner(s). If a key is lost, please contact our Community Manager (843-767-3949) to obtain a new one (replacement cost is $25). This electronic key gives you access to the pool as well as the tennis courts and playground. Please be aware that Whitehall residents who are not amenity members may not use the amenities, even if escorted by a member.

Upon joining, you will receive an electronic key giving you access to the pool as well as the tennis courts and playground.
